Instructions for Use

My thoughts :  This stuff is amazing, i love this so much!!! If you like minty/tea tree smells, you'll love this stuff... The paste itself is in minty colour, the scrub beads are fine enough... You can leave it on for 3 minutes to become a oil-absorbing/brightening/pore-cleaning mask too...

After each use, my skin is looking brighter and more radiant... :) Not only that, it helps to keep my skin clear from blemishes, pores are more refined too... I love the squeaky skin and refreshed feels it gives me, but it's not drying at all, even sensitive skin can use..

 I'm always a fan of Soap and Glory, their body products are awesome... I bumped into this in Boots pharmacy while i was having my vacation in Hua Hin, Thailand... It was on promotion and the name of the item caught my eye ... 15 min facial peel sounds like a dream to me so i give it a go...

Instructions for Use

Rub a grape-sized dollop into your face and massage in circles until the green beads have all dissolved. (those with a high tendency for clogging should concentrate on their t-zone, chin, or areas with large, open, or problem pores.) Leave on for five minutes for a quick refresher, or fifteen for a real deep-cleaning do –it- yourself kind of ‘facial. Rinse well, and follow with your favourite Soap & Glory moisturizer. (How’s that for self-promotional?) Repeat 2-3 times weekly. 

 

My thoughts : The mask itself is clay type with green beads in it... It spread on easily and smooth, just massage until the green beads have all dissolved, you already exfoliating your skin with this step,and then can feel it's start working... :)

It has a very nice minty smell, very refreshing... Just wait for a good 15 mins, you already can feel your skin is tightening, rinse off with water and you'll have a refreshed and clean skin...Clay type mask is good for deep cleansing... My skin type is oily but dehydrated, so this works very well on me... My pores and blackheads can see reduced after use, i love the minty and cooling sensation after the usage of this mask... The tub itself does looks small, but you just need a grape size for whole face, so this tub can last you for some time...

I bought this at 330 thai baht after discount , i'm not sure how much is it retailing in Sephora  Malaysia,  but Soap and Glory's price are always affordable so no worry on that... If you have oily skin like me, and always having dead skin and pores issue, why not give it a try? It's good stuff... :)

Origins Out Of Trouble 10 minute mask...

According to the tube, Out of Trouble is a "10 minute mask to rescue problem skin". The tube also goes on to say, "When skin is too slick or when more pressing problems start to pop up, it's Origins to the rescue to keep skin out of trouble. Nature's trouble-shooters, including super-absorbent Zinc Oxide and Sulfur, calming Camphor, plus skin-sloughing Salicylic Acid, rapidly respond to problem skin's plight with a three part plan -- sop up oily-shine, slough off sticky, dead cells, and sweep away irksome debris. Together they steer skin clear of slippery situations, refine rough texture, and pull the plug on troublemakers to oust potential outbursts."

This is my new lifesaver...!!! This is my absolute rescue remedy for spots, breakouts and oily phases... The consistency of the mask is creamy, something like toothpaste, but it is very easy to apply and spread on your skin. The Camphor gives it a slight tingling feeling, but it's pleasant, not uncomfortable, or burning at all, the smell of sulfur/camphor is strong but bearable. One thing I especially liked was that this isn't the kind of mask that dries so tight that you can't move your mouth. And it also didn't crumble and flake off when I moved my mouth. It was very light and smooth, and I didn't feel like I was wearing a mask at all.

I can see immediate difference after first used, my skin is more even and brighter, pores is slightly smaller too... Skin feels so clean and fresh, not drying and tight at all and it's definately not those oily feel and it's moisturizing too... I was so impressed and loving this mask, all you need is just layer over clean face and throat (avoid eye area), wait for 10 minutes and remove with a damp washcloth or facial sponge and you're done... You can do it 1-2 times a week help maintain skin's balance...

Another alternative way is you can dot a teeny weeny amount on breakouts/spots and leave it OVERNIGHT, yes, use as pimple cream but very little amount and don't apply for whole face overnight, it'll be too strong for it... And you'll wake up the next day and see the breakouts/spots is dries up or smaller...

I have tried many clay/deep cleansing masks, but none of them have worked as well as this one... And I love the fact that it only needs 10 minutes to do it's job... It's retailing for RM95 for a 100ml tube, and it's last you quite some time since don't need to apply it thick, just thin layer and more on problem area will do...

Ingredients: water (aqua purificata) purified, cetyl esters, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, cetyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, glycerin, glyceryl stearate, peg-100 stearate, camphor, ceteareth-20, salicylic acid, colloidal sulphur, butylene glycol, bentonite, methyl and propylparaben.

I'm Out of Trouble Now -- Are You?

Masks, Masks, Masks...

I'd just got them today!!! It's so heavy, luckily the seller can send to my doorsteps, if not the postage gonna be very $$... I'm loving this masks to death, it's a Taiwan brand, so far you only can get them online... Thanks for Elyn advise and monitoring, i'd learn from her and do this masks everyday regardless which type, it had been 5 days non stop and i really can see the difference!!! I can see my skin is well hydrated, more even tone, pores is finer and lesser breakouts too... I think i dun need to go to beauty saloon do facial anymore, hehe...Below are my 2 favorites among the rest:
This is the Milk Extract favour, i love the smell!!! It's milky smell and makes me feel so relax and my skin can see much brighten after each use... If you don't like milky smell then you can try this:
This is the Green Tea extract, it's meant for purifying... So it's best for lighten scar or prevent for breakouts... Anyhow, i love them all!!! So far, all gives me good results... I haven try all the types bcoz the seller is OOS for many types, anyway, i'll keep trying and posting... :)
