I'm very glad that Leng Yein invited me for this... It's a very nice event and i'm so happy that i able to join it...

The ambience is very classy and chilling... I love it...

Menu of the day...

Welcome drink-Apple martini... It's sooo nice, i love it to bits...

Starter-Nicoise Salad
(Grilled peppered tuna, asparagus, 19 minutes boiled egg, black olives, drizzled with citrus emusion)

Can see how thick and juicy is the tuna... It's so good...

This is the soup they serving... It's looks weird don't they....

Wait till they pour in hot steaming broth..

Tadaa...Floating Onion Soup
(Beef consomme with caramelized onion, bread emulsion & mirror ice cream)
Hot and cold combination, so fusion... But it's nicee...

The wine... My love...

Here come the main course and my favorite of the day...
Trio...Beef, Chicken and Cod
(Slow baked blue cod fillet, chicken breast marinated with mustard, slow baked grain fed tenderloin & Foie Gras)
The meat is so juicy and tender, taste so good...!!!

Last but not least... The dessert...
Manju-Manju

(Green-tea ice cream accompanied with Azuki Red Bean, couple with Ferrero wrapped in wanton skin.)
